Cole was rated the #1prospect in Colorado and was named a Louisville Slugger All-American in high school.  He started 19 of the 25 games in which he played in as a freshman Yellow Jacket; hitting .145 with 2 homers and 3 rbi.  Cole will be back behind the plate for Gatemen in his 2nd season on the Cape.  In 30 games for Wareham last summer, he hit .202 with 3 homers and 15 rbi.  Through May 1st this season at Georgia Tech, he is hitting .333 with 4 homeruns and 12 rbi.
