Last year it was local product Alex Simas from Wareham High School and this year the Gatemen have signed RHP Keith Bideau who played HS baseball at Wareham HS's arch rival Bourne High School.  This local product is now a pitcher for the University of Maine and the Gatemen have signed him as a non-roster invitee.  Perfect Game ranked Keith one of the top 100 prospects in the nation coming out of high school.  In his freshman season at Maine up through May 1st, he has made the second most appearances for the Black Bears with 14 and has started 6 games.  He has a 1-5 record with a 4.03 era.
